MAGNETIZER &
Magnetizing Yoke Division

We utilize magnetizers capable of magnetizing rare earth permanent magnets and have established an optimal design method for magnetizing yokes through finite element analysis.

This allows us to achieve optimal characteristics based on the type, application, and shape of the permanent magnets being magnetized.

Our magnetizers can be applied to a wide range of high-precision, high-density products, including small flat motors, HDD VCM magnets, VTR capstan motors, brushless motors, automotive window motors, BLDC fan motors, sensors, and stepping motors. They can be manufactured according to user orders, from small to large capacities.
