RM series

This refers to a motor reducer that combines a reducer and a BLDC motor.

The reduction ratios of the reducer are designed to accommodate the same size and shape of BLDC motors with ratios of 79.5 and 100.5.

The motor outputs are available in 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, 70W, 80W, and 100W, making it a product that can be produced according to customer requirements.

For motor performance, please refer to the BLDC-series catalog.

It is designed as a differentiated reducer from standard planetary gears, allowing for a large reduction ratio in a compact size.

If a higher reduction ratio is required by the customer, it can be produced upon consultation.

The motor operates at DC 24V, and the RPM may vary depending on the characteristics of the mounted motor.

RM series Structure

RM series Features

It has a short size compared to its large reduction ratio.

It can be installed immediately in the required location as needed by the customer.

It does not have the precision backlash like a standard planetary gear.

It generates more noise during rotation compared to a standard planetary gear (managed to be below 65dB at shipment).

The noise is managed to be 65dB at the time of shipment (measured at 1m during motor operation).

The rotation direction is opposite to that of the motor.

The motor's rotation speed is managed to be below 3100rpm, and noise may increase with an increase in the motor's rotation speed.

Please select the required reduction ratio and motor wattage when placing your order.

BLDC MOTOR

The characteristics of the motor mounted on the reducer are as follows:

1) All specifications have a tolerance of ±10% based on the motor characteristics.
2) The specifications mentioned above refer to the performance of the motor when it is mounted and operated on the reducer.

Precautions for Using the RM series

1. Installation Conditions (Operating Environment Conditions)

Do not use in enclosed spaces or areas where dust is generated.

Do not use in locations with flammable materials or where corrosive gases, vapors, or dust are present.

The reducer and motor are not waterproof, so they should not be exposed to liquids or submerged.

2. Operating Environment

Caution Temperature

-20 ◦C ~ 40◦C

Caution Environment

Do not use in areas exposed to rain or where water drips.

Do not use in places where condensation occurs due to rapid temperature changes.

When used outdoors, it is required to install in a separate storage location or have equivalent facilities.

Humidity

Use at 60% or lower humidity.

3. Other

Installation is prohibited in areas where excessive torque is applied (not suitable for the capacity).

Please familiarize yourself with the specifications of the reducer before use.

Product selection methods, and specifications

* Marking requires separate consultation.

Motor Selection Example)

For those who only need a reducer without a motor, separate consultation is required.

The backlash is the same as that of a standard planetary gear (which is not ideal) and cannot be used for precise position control.
